Where it all started. We farm and source heirloom Hawaiian sugarcane on the island of Maui, which is then juiced, lightly clarified and sweetened to create a grassy sweetener with hints of molasses. This syrup elevates a classic daiquiri or mai tai and provides richness and depth to a rum old fashioned.
