Returns, Refunds, & Replacements

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • If you believe your product was not as described, please contact us within 15 days of delivery to discuss your concerns.

  • Returns, refunds, and replacements must be approved by us before sending any product back. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • If a replacement is granted, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Our goal is customer satisfaction, and while we stand by the quality of our products, we will evaluate concerns on a case-by-case basis.
